18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notice


Sun Interactive Services Inc. (SUN), its employees and owners, as well as the operators (collectively 'SIS' )of this Website do not meet the statutory definition of the producer (as defined under 28 C.F.R. 75.1), of any of the visual content contained in this Website. The owners and operators of this site nonetheless support and engage in voluntary implementation of the 18 U.S.C. 2257.

All Models Over 18. All individual Chathosts and other persons presented herein, appearing in any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this Website (as defined under 18 U.S.C. 2256), were at least (18) eighteen years old at the time of the creation of such depictions. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257.

Additionally, SIS applies its own strict age verification principles to all individual Chathosts appearing herein. SIS only allows Chathosts, who prove to be over 18 year of age and who provide acceptable age verification documents to substantiate it to appear on the site. All age verification documents provided by the individuals are carefully examined for authenticity.

Exempt Content. All visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D) or 2257A, but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct. This online Website is a continuously on-going and changing production with no specific date of creation.

All Chathosts appearing herein are independent individuals and are not employed, contracted for, managed by and their participation in sexually explicit conduct is NOT arranged by SUN. All individual Chathosts independently create and produce all of their content (photo archives (images), videos, live-feeds etc). SUN does not create, produce digitalize or otherwise manage the content published by the individual Chathosts, apart from actions taken to add or remove such content from the Website.
